Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide derived from GHRP-1 with GHS-R binding efficacy comparable to GHRP-6. Distinguished by remarkable selectivity โ stimulates GH without influencing ACTH, cortisol, prolactin, FSH, LH, or TSH.
