Before you write
Two things make a reply faster: your order number if the question concerns an existing order, and the batch number printed on the vial if it concerns a specific lot. Most questions about a shipment can be answered immediately with those two references.
Institutional and bulk enquiries
Send the compounds, quantities, delivery address and any procurement reference your institution requires. We reply with a formal quotation that can be attached to your internal approval process. If batch records need to be retained for audit, say so when ordering so the lot is recorded against your account at the time of purchase rather than reconstructed later.
