Payment and shipping overview

Peptra Labs ships research-use peptide materials within Bulgaria and the European Union. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

How an order works

  1. Add products to the cart and go to checkout. You can order as a guest or with an account.
  2. Choose a payment method: Open Banking, bank transfer (IBAN), crypto with a 5% discount, or cash on delivery where it is available for your delivery country.
  3. The order is prepared once the payment is confirmed. A bank transfer is confirmed when it reaches our account, so use your order number as the payment reference; orders not paid within 3 working days are cancelled. Cash-on-delivery orders are prepared straight away.
  4. When the parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an email with the tracking number. The Track Order page explains each step up to delivery.

Payment methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You can pay by bank transfer, Open Banking or crypto (5% discount), and by cash on delivery in the countries listed on the Payment methods page. If an approved refund relates to a crypto payment, the refund is processed in crypto where applicable.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for deliveries to Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. Choose it at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. It is not available for deliveries to other countries.

Shipping coverage

Orders are shipped within Bulgaria and the European Union. Standard tracked shipping takes 2-5 working days. Free EU shipping over 300 €.

Packaging

Orders are packed as sealed, clearly labelled vials with protective packaging. Peptra does not currently claim cold-chain shipping, ice packs or temperature-controlled packaging for standard peptide vial orders.

Returns and claims

Correctly supplied research-use products are not accepted for standard returns after dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing or with compromised sealing, contact info@peptralabs.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Certificate of Analysis and batch information

Certificate of Analysis information is published on the site. Certificate of Analysis paperwork, lab reports or research documents are not included inside the parcel.

Prices, VAT and invoices

Displayed prices include VAT, and the VAT amount is itemised at checkout and on the invoice. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Invoices are issued by Nexus Research Laboratories EOOD; if you need your institution’s VAT number or a purchase-order reference on the invoice, email info@peptralabs.com before ordering.
