Available payment methods are shown at checkout and can vary by destination, order value and processor availability. This page explains what to expect.
Methods
- Bank transfer: account details are shown at checkout and repeated in the order confirmation. Orders are processed once the payment is confirmed.
- Cryptocurrency: where enabled for your order and destination. If an approved refund relates to a crypto payment, the refund is processed in crypto.
- Card payments: may be added when available for this category of goods.
- Cash on delivery is not supported.
Currency and VAT
Prices are displayed in euro and include VAT. The applicable VAT rate is determined by the destination country within the European Union and is itemised at checkout and on the invoice.
Security
- Payments are handled by the payment provider; full card data is never stored on this website.
- Site traffic is encrypted where supported by your browser.
- Orders may be reviewed before fulfilment where the payment or the stated use requires clarification.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued by Nexus Research Laboratories EOOD (UIC 208894351). Institutional buyers who need VAT details or purchase-order references on the invoice should email info@peptralabs.com before ordering.
