Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and can vary by destination, order value and processor availability. This page explains what to expect.

Methods

Instant bank payment (Open Banking): at checkout you are taken to your own bank to approve the payment, so there are no account details to copy. The order is processed once the payment is confirmed.
Bank transfer (IBAN): after you place the order you get our bank details on the confirmation page and by email. Transfer the order total in EUR, using your order number as the payment reference; we ship once the payment reaches our account. Orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled.
Cryptocurrency: 5% off the order as soon as you choose it at checkout; you then complete the payment on our payment provider’s page. If an approved refund relates to a crypto payment, the refund is made in crypto.
Cash on delivery: for deliveries to Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.
Card payments: may be added when available for this category of goods.

Currency and VAT

Prices on peptralabs.com are shown in euro and include VAT. The VAT amount is itemised at checkout and on the invoice.

Security

Payments are handled by the payment provider; full card data is never stored on this website.
Site traffic is encrypted where supported by your browser.
Orders may be reviewed before fulfilment where the payment or the stated use requires clarification.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued by Nexus Research Laboratories EOOD (UIC 208894351). Institutional buyers who need VAT details or purchase-order references on the invoice should email info@peptralabs.com before ordering.
