Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. The return address shows only our company initials, ensuring complete discretion.

Peptide orders are packed as sealed, clearly labelled vials with protective packaging. Peptra does not currently claim cold-chain shipping, ice packs or temperature-controlled packaging for standard peptide vial orders.

For EU deliveries, taxes and delivery charges are handled according to the checkout and invoice information shown for the order. Buyers remain responsible for local legal compliance and import rules where applicable.

There is no standard return for correctly supplied research-use products once they have been dispatched. Claims are accepted for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, missing, defective or with a visibly compromised seal, reported within 14 days of delivery. Do not send anything back before we confirm the review.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for refund. Include photos if the product is damaged. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If your institution cites purchased research material, use a factual Materials and Methods format such as 'Peptide X (Peptra Labs, batch [number])'. For journal or procurement files, email info@peptralabs.com and we can check what batch records, invoices, or research-use letters are available for the relevant order.

The batch (lot) number is printed on the vial label alongside the compound name. It is the identifier that links the physical vial to its analytical record, so it should match the batch shown on the certificate of analysis and the batch referenced in your order paperwork. If those three do not agree, do not use the material in research, email info@peptralabs.com with your order number and a photograph of the label.

Where a report was produced by an external laboratory, the Lab Reports archive links directly to that laboratory's own page for the batch. Opening the report on the testing laboratory's domain, rather than relying on a PDF or screenshot hosted by us, means the result you are reading is served by the party that produced it.

Check three things on the report: the batch number matches your vial, the test date is consistent with the production lot, and the method is stated. Purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry answer different questions, so read the method before interpreting the figure.

If tracking has not updated for several working days beyond the expected delivery window, email info@peptralabs.com with your order number. We open an enquiry with the carrier, which typically takes a few working days to resolve. Where the carrier confirms the parcel as lost, we arrange a replacement shipment or a refund of the order, at your choice.

Claims for non-delivery should be raised within 14 days of the last tracking event so that the carrier enquiry window is still open.

Yes. Invoices are issued by Nexus Research Laboratories EOOD and can carry your institution's billing details, VAT number and purchase-order reference. Send those details to info@peptralabs.com with, or before, the order, adding them to an already-issued invoice is slower than including them from the start.

Displayed prices include VAT. The applicable rate is determined by the delivery country within the European Union and is itemised separately at checkout and on the invoice.
