1. EU & UK Shipping

We ship to all EU member states and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (FREE on orders over €300)
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (€15 flat rate)
• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days (€25 flat rate)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and customs processing.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday:

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET ship same day
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET ship next business day
• Weekend orders are processed on Monday
• Holiday orders may experience 1-2 day delays

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• Email confirmation with tracking number
• Direct link to carrier tracking page
• Real-time updates on shipment status
• Estimated delivery date

For shipments within the EU:

• No customs duties or import taxes
• VAT is included in the displayed price
• Shipments move freely within the EU customs union

For UK shipments:

• Customs documentation provided
• VAT may be applicable at UK rates
• Potential customs processing time of 1-2 days

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery problems:

• Allow 1-2 extra days for weather or carrier delays
