We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Products must be unopened and in original condition.

Correctly supplied research-use products are not accepted for standard returns after dispatch because Peptra cannot verify handling, storage or seal integrity after delivery. Claims are reviewed for damaged, incorrect, missing, defective or visibly compromised items within 14 days of delivery.

If the box is visibly damaged or vials are broken on arrival, take photos immediately (before opening fully) and email info@peptralabs.com with your order number and the photos. We will dispatch a replacement at no charge once we confirm the damage. The courier insurance covers in-transit breakage - the photos are required to open the claim with them. Time matters: notify us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure the carrier claim window is still open.

If your own lab analysis shows a discrepancy with the available CoA information, email info@peptralabs.com with your analytical data. We will review with our QC team and, if confirmed, replace the lot at no charge.
