Important Notice

Due to the nature of our research-grade peptides, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. All products are quality-tested before shipping.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product arrived damaged during shipping
  • Product is defective or does not meet stated specifications
  • Wrong product was shipped
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product packaging is unopened and intact (except for inspection of damage)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  • Include photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)
  • Wait for return authorization before shipping the product back
  • Ship the product using the provided return label

3. Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection is completed within 3-5 business days
  • Approval notification is sent via email
  • Refund is processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with opened or tampered packaging
  • Custom or special order items
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you receive a defective product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the return is processed and approved.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping if the return is not due to our error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
