RETURNS & REFUNDS
Important Notice
Due to the nature of our research-grade peptides, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. All products are quality-tested before shipping.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product arrived damaged during shipping
- Product is defective or does not meet stated specifications
- Wrong product was shipped
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Product packaging is unopened and intact (except for inspection of damage)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
- Include photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)
- Wait for return authorization before shipping the product back
- Ship the product using the provided return label
3. Refund Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection is completed within 3-5 business days
- Approval notification is sent via email
- Refund is processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Credit card refunds may take additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with opened or tampered packaging
- Custom or special order items
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
- Returns requested after the 7-day window
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you receive a defective product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the return is processed and approved.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items
- Customer is responsible for return shipping if the return is not due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
