Payment and shipping overview

Peptra Labs ships research-use peptide materials within Romania and the European Union. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payment methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank transfer and crypto payments may be available depending on the order and destination. Card payments may be added when available. Cash on delivery is not supported.

If an approved refund relates to a crypto payment, the refund is processed in crypto where applicable.

Shipping coverage

Orders are shipped within Romania and the European Union. Delivery estimates depend on destination, carrier availability and checkout options.

Packaging

Orders are packed as sealed, clearly labelled vials with protective packaging. Peptra does not currently claim cold-chain shipping, ice packs or temperature-controlled packaging for standard peptide vial orders.

Returns and claims

Correctly supplied research-use products are not accepted for standard returns after dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing or with compromised sealing, contact info@peptralabs.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

CoA and batch information

CoA information is published on the site where applicable. CoA paperwork, lab reports or research documents are not included inside the parcel.
