1. Operator and acceptance

This website is operated by Nexus Research Laboratories EOOD, Bulgaria, under the Peptra Labs brand. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site or place an order. We may update these terms when operations, payment methods, legal requirements or product policies change.

2. Eligibility and research-use restriction

To use this site or purchase products, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational or research purpose
• Provide accurate account, billing and shipping information
• Use products only for lawful research-use purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and import rules in your jurisdiction

3. Products and prohibited use

Peptra products are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices or products for human or veterinary use.

Human consumption, ingestion, injection, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, veterinary treatment, resale or relabelling without approval are prohibited. Peptra may refuse, cancel or review orders if the intended use appears inconsistent with this policy.

4. Orders, payments and delivery

Orders are accepted only after review and payment confirmation where required.

• Available payment methods are shown at checkout
• Cash on delivery is not supported
• If an approved refund relates to a crypto payment, the refund is processed in crypto where applicable
• Buyers are responsible for local legal compliance, import rules, duties and taxes where applicable

5. CoA and quality information

CoA information is published on the site where applicable. Batch quality information should be checked online. CoA paperwork, lab reports or research documents are not included inside the parcel.

6. Returns, claims and refunds

Correctly supplied research-use products are not accepted for standard returns after dispatch. Claims for damaged, incorrect, missing, defective or visibly compromised items must be sent to info@peptralabs.com within 14 days of delivery with the order number and photos. Approved remedies may include replacement or refund. Opened, unsealed, tampered, reconstituted or improperly stored items are not eligible, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Research Laboratories EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from site use, product misuse, prohibited use, import restrictions or storage and handling outside Peptra control.

8. Governing law
