Tracking FAQ

How long does shipping take?+
Domestic Romanian orders typically arrive in 1-2 business days. EU Schengen orders take 2-5 business days. UK and Switzerland take 3-7 business days due to customs. All times exclude weekends and bank holidays.
What if I don't receive my parcel?+
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email - sometimes the carrier leaves a notice card if no one was home. If 48 hours past the expected delivery window have passed without progress, email info@peptralabs.com with your order number and we'll open a carrier inquiry the same business day.
How can I change my shipping address?+
If your order has not yet shipped (status: 'Processing'), email info@peptralabs.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once the parcel is in the carrier's network, address changes are no longer possible from our end - you would need to contact the carrier directly via their tracking portal.
I received a tracking number but it shows no updates+
Carriers typically register the first scan within 12-24 hours of pickup. If 48 hours have passed with no carrier scan, contact us so we can verify the parcel was collected and not lost at the handoff stage.
Do I have to sign for the parcel?+
Some tracked delivery options require a signature on delivery. Others may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor, depending on local practice. If you need contactless or specific delivery, mention it in the order notes at checkout.
What does the order status mean?+
'Processing' = payment confirmed, parcel being prepared. 'Shipped' = handed to the carrier, tracking number assigned. 'In transit' = with the carrier, see tracking link for live updates. 'Delivered' = signed for or left at delivery point. 'Returned to sender' = carrier was unable to deliver after retries; we will email you to arrange a re-send.
