This category covers compounds used in dermal and pigmentation research: fibroblast and keratinocyte cultures, collagen and elastin synthesis assays, skin explant models, and melanocyte models of melanocortin-1 receptor (MC1R) signalling and melanogenesis.
The range includes GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide found naturally in plasma, studied in published literature in fibroblast cultures for its effects on collagen and extracellular-matrix gene expression; and Melanotan 2, a cyclic analogue of α-MSH that activates melanocortin receptors and is used in melanocyte and pigmentation models. Because the same molecules are studied in more than one model, GHK-Cu also appears under tissue-repair research and Melanotan 2 under reproductive signalling research.
Where a batch has been tested, its certificate of analysis is published in our lab reports with the batch number, test date and method. All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only and are not for human or veterinary use.
