Description

All presented information is based on scientific publications which can be found at the end of product description below.

Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1/Zadaxin) is a 28-amino-acid peptide naturally produced in the thymus gland. First isolated in 1972, it is approved in 35 nations for hepatitis B and C. Research Highlights 1. Immune Modulation — Acts through Toll-like receptors in dendritic cells, promotes T-cell differentiation, enhances macrophage function.

2. Viral Infections — Reduces morbidity/mortality in sepsis and infections. COVID-19 studies showed reduced mortality and restored immune function.

3. Oncology — Positive effects in melanoma and breast cancer. Anti-pain properties through microglia-mediated cytokine reduction.

4. Cystic Fibrosis — Identified as potential single-molecule therapy.

5. Vaccine Enhancement — Boosts T-cell responses and vaccine efficacy. References available upon request. The product is intended for scientific research and development purposes only. Chemical substances shall not be used as a drug, medicine, active substance, medical aid, cosmetic product, a substance for production of a cosmetic product neither for human consumption that is any food or food supplement or otherwise similarly used on humans or animals. Intended only for in-vitro research, such as Receptor-ligand binding studies, Enzyme activity assays, Cell proliferation assays, Cell signaling assays, Epitope mapping, etc.
