Description

All presented information is based on scientific publications which can be found at the end of product description below.

Cerebrolysin is a peptide preparation from porcine brain tissue, consisting of low-molecular-weight neuropeptides and free amino acids that mimic endogenous neurotrophic factors. Research Highlights 1. Stroke Recovery — Clinical trials showed improved neurological outcomes and functional recovery.

2. Neurotrophic Activity — BDNF-like and CNTF-like activity promoting neuronal sprouting and synaptogenesis.

3. Traumatic Brain Injury — Reduces excitotoxicity, oxidative stress, and inflammatory damage.

4. Dementia — Modulates amyloid processing and tau phosphorylation. Clinical improvements in mild-moderate Alzheimer's.

5. Anti-Apoptotic — Activates PI3K/Akt survival pathways while inhibiting caspase-mediated apoptosis. References available upon request.
