Mod GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 without DAC) is a 29-amino-acid GHRH fragment with four amino acid substitutions that enhance enzymatic resistance and extend biological half-life compared to native GHRH or Sermorelin. Research Highlights 1. Development — Strategic amino acid substitutions at cleavage-susceptible positions produced substantially improved receptor binding and biological activity.

2. GI Effects — GHRH analogue interactions with VPAC1-R may influence bowel motility, with species-specific responses noted.

3. GH Secretion — Stimulates pulsatile GH release while maintaining physiological patterns. Shorter duration than DAC variant. References available upon request.
