CJC-1295+DAC comprises the first 29 amino acids of GHRH conjugated with a Drug Affinity Complex via a lysine linker, enabling albumin binding and substantially extended half-life.
Research Highlights
1. Growth Hormone Release โ Single injection produces 2-10 fold GH elevation lasting 6+ days. IGF-1 increased 1.5-3 fold for 9-11 days. Preserves normal GH pulse patterns.
2. Growth Normalization โ Extended duration addresses therapeutic limitations of native GHRH's short half-life.
3. Reproductive Function โ IGF-1 and GH signaling influence ovarian development and ovulation, with potential fertility applications.
